Gorilla permits:

Domestic or international flight tickets:
100% within 7 days after invoice
Tour arrangement:
25%: deposit within 7 days after invoice*
75%: 60 days before arrival of the client**
* A higher deposit can be requested to secure the accommodation (subject to type of
accommodation or festive season)
** Bookings for FESTIVE SEASON (15 Dec – 15 Jan) will be requested to pay 50% of the deposit and
remaining 50% has to be paid 90 days before arrival of the client
Any changes in travel arrangement must be advised immediately. We are ready to offer
alternatives that may fit your needs or cancel the booking. We reserve the right to charge
cancellation fees that may be incurred by failure to allow us sufficient time to amend the
arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for changes of arrangements shall be borne by
the client. The below cancellation policy is pertinent to all packages designed & operated by
WOLF-dmc:

If COVID-19 makes it impossible to travel (from country of origin or access to Rwanda) the
following flexible cancelation terms will apply.
On the tour that is provided by WOLF-dmc, you are expected to abide by the law of the land as
well as the personnel in charge. The signing of the booking means that you agree with any rules
presented before you. If at any point during the trip, the personnel in charge believes your
behavior is detrimental to your safety or wellbeing or even the wellbeing of your group, you might
be instructed to leave the tour and no refund will be available.
WOLF-dmc is the provider of quality travel. Therefor we take care off:
WOLF-dmc is not subjected to conduct any medical arrangements involved in your travel. This is
the responsibility of the traveler. Clients should familiarize themselves with any health
requirement applicable to areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for compliance
with vaccination and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
WOLF-dmc is also not responsible for any of the arrangements associated with acquiring a visa (as
well as passport) to the chosen destination. WOLF-dmc offers each client a flying doctors service.
Force Majeure is any unforeseeable circumstances that may interfere with the traveler’s trip.
These including but not limited strike, lock, labour- and civil disturbance, unavoidable accidents,
laws, rules, regulations or orders of any government or any national municipal or other
government agency, whether domestic or foreign, wars or other matters beyond the reasonable
control of WOLF-dmc.
